About Us

We are a micro-bakery located in Saugerties, NY. We are a family owned and operated small business specializing in pastries and desserts. The owner, Andrew Pineiro, is also the baker. Andrew is a Culinary Institute of America graduate and he carries over 30 years of experience in the industry. Co-owner, Bridgette Pineiro, can also be found working behind the counter and behind the scenes. We do take special orders as well as pre-ordering, which is encouraged as we are a micro-bakery.
