The Hudson Valley's preeminent non-profit professional black box theatre is located in Water Street Market in New Paltz, NY. Offering contemporary theatre productions, film showings, and a gallery space showcasing local artists, DENIZEN Theatre explores what it means to be human in all its duality and complexity. Our flexible, 70 seat theatre allows audiences to experience compelling, actor-driven, live theatre with a season of plays that focuses on new works, emerging playwrights, and powerful themes.
