CROSSROADS VENTURES ANNOUNCES SALE OF PROPERTY
[Mt. Tremper, New York]  Crossroads Ventures, LLC is announcing the proposed sale of interests in its real property located in the Catskill Mountains.  Crossroads Ventures is the owner of two development areas, Wildacres Resort (the focus of which is a planned hotel, golf, skiing, hiking and other outdoor recreational activities) and Highmount Spa Resort (a planned spa and wellness center, and hotel, featuring ski-in/ski-out access to Belleayre Mountain).  The property consists of a total of 739-acres, separated into two parcels which have completed the environmental review process and received major approvals for the development of a five-star mountain resort, family-friendly resort, time-share lodging and golf course.   

“I am a strong advocate for the Catskills and am proud to have supported Crossroads Ventures for more than 25 years” stated Emily Fisher, the current Managing Member.  “We would love to see this project come to fruition with the support of new investors or a community coalition,” continued Ms. Fisher.   

Thomas Dolan of DD/HA will serve as broker.  Mr. Dolan has a long career in the real estate industry, with specific focus on entrepreneurial and hotel projects.
