New State-Required Anti-Harassment Policies and Sexual Harassment Training Programs
In this Breakfast Briefing, we will discuss the impact of the recent amendments to New York State law concerning sexual harassment.

Draft guidance on the policy and interactive training required has been issued from the New York State Department of Labor and State Division of Human Rights, with the expectation that there will be final regulations in advance of the October 9 effective date of the new training requirements.
