Hudson River Maritime Museum Boat Restoration Weekend Workshop

Have you always wanted to learn more about wooden boat restoration? Do you have a wooden boat that needs some work, or have you been thinking about purchasing one? This workshop will serve as a great introduction to the basic repairs and maintenance necessary for wooden boats. 

Students will work as a team with instructor Brian Donahoe to repair and restore a vintage wooden runabout in this weekend workshop. This course will cover the basics of wooden boat construction and marine grade materials, common problems and repair techniques, and finishing techniques. Basic woodworking and/or hand tool experience recommended. 

 $275 for HRMM members (Household level and above), $325 for non-members.
