ASK Presents: Hudson Valley Improv Empowerment Workshop

Dabble your toes in the improv technique developed over 25 years by Founder/Director of Hudson Valley Improv, Samantha Jones. In this workshop you will join up to 14 other participants for a full 90 minutes of transformative play. Never done improv? You're not alone. 95% of HVI students have never improvised before and aren't performers of any kind. This method is designed to reacquaint you with the nature instinct you were born with to PLAY. All that's required is that you are ready to jump in with both feet and experience what HVI calls creative madness!

*Signed Release form Required to Participate. The class is up on your feet for a straight 90 minutes. You can go at your own pace and sit if needed, but the class involves a lot of movement.
**Please wear loose and comfortable clothing and sneakers.
