Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley 2016 Annual Garden Party
For over twenty years, the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley has each year recognized individuals who are instrumental in improving lives through their community philanthropy. Proceeds from the event help support our Community Response Grants program which supports non-profits in our community.
