With the lack of housing for our local workforce a deterrent to all small businesses to be able to hire and keep good employees, Ulster County is partnering with a private developer to construct 160 units of workforce housing on Golden Hill in Kingston. You’re invited to join us to learn more about this project at next Tuesday’s Chamber Breakfast Meeting at The Venue Uptown, at the Best Western Plus.
Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan will detail the process for selecting a developer for this new neighborhood and introduce guest speakers William D'Avella and Dylan Salmons from Pennrose, the firm hired to design, build and manage the project.
Reservations are required. A limited amount of tickets are currently available. Cost to attend: $25 Members - Advance Pay; $30 Members - At the Door; $35 Non-Members
In order to provide adequate social distancing, a maximum of six people will be seated at each table and tables will be appropriately separated. All attendees should wear masks until seated and may be asked to show proof of vaccination.
