CANCELLED: The Ashokan Center Maple Fest 2020
All-day pancakes (or gluten-free pancakes!) hot off the griddle topped with Ashokan maple syrup, with maple bacon. Tree tapping and syrup-making demos and guided tours of the Sugar Shack, hikes to our covered bridge, weather permitting, blacksmithing (small additional charge), live music, and more!
