Ulster Chamber Offers Rare Opportunity to Visit Cuba

The Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce has announced plans to take a limited number of Hudson Valley residents on an exploratory trip to Cuba in the fall of 2016. Local travelers will have the opportunity to experience the ‘real’ Cuba before mass tourism changes the island forever. Be among the select few American travelers in five decades to visit Cuba.

Included in the trip will be the chance to explore the vibrant capital of Havana, ride a steam train through the sugar cane fields, learn Hemingway history, take a drive through Viñales Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site and enjoy a ride through Havana in an authentic 1950s American car.

This 8-day trip includes round trip airfare from New York’s JFK Airport and includes 7 nights’ first class hotel accommodations, with 15 meals – 6 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 3 dinners, a professional Cuban Guide, and deluxe motor coaches.

Registration will officially begin March 30th and is available on a first come, first serve basis, since accommodations are limited. The trip is scheduled for November 2-9, 2016.

To learn more about this unique opportunity, attend a complimentary Cuba Trip Informational Meeting on Monday April 18, 5:30 – 7:00pm in the conference room at the Courtyard by Marriott, 500 Frank Sottile Blvd., Kingston, NY. Reservations are required and can be made by calling the Chamber office at (845) 338-5100 or register online at www.UlsterChamber.org.

This trip is available at a great Group Rate Price of just $4,299 per person, double occupancy and is open to members of the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce as well as the general public.
