STENGER, DIAMOND & GLASS, LLP ANNOUNCES NEW ADDITION TO FIRM

Wappingers Falls, NY, October 16, 2023 – The law firm of Stenger, Diamond & Glass, LLP (SDG) is pleased to announce that attorney Kyle A. Steller will become of-counsel to the firm in November 2023.
 
A life-long resident of the Hudson Valley, Steller most recently served as the Deputy Chief Clerk of the Dutchess County Surrogate Court, where she fine-tuned her skills in the areas of trust and estate administration and guardianships.  At SDG, Steller will practice in the areas of wills, trusts and estates, elder law, long-term care and Medicaid Planning with a focus on asset preservation, long-term care Medicaid applications, guardianships and residential real estate. 
 
She fills a demanding role, soon to be vacated by long-time SDG partner Steve Diamond, who will now be serving as in-house counsel at INF Associates LLC on a part-time basis and will be leaving SDG Law at the end of 2023.
 
“I’m thrilled to be joining SDG and working with such a respected team of lawyers, while continuing to grow my professional practice,” says Steller, who serves on a variety of local, community-based not-for-profit boards and serves as an adjunct professor at Dutchess Community College and the State University of New York at New Paltz. Steller is also a frequent lecturer on the topics of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Guardianship.

Steller received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and her MBA from the State University of New York at Albany and her Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law where she was a public interest law scholar.
