Alzheimer's Association 10th Anniversary Subzero Heroes ice jump

Join us for the 10th Anniversary Subzero Heroes ice jump to benefit the Alzheimer's Association Hudson Valley Chapter. Raise at least $200 to be a Hero, who jumps into the lake, or be a Sidekick, who doesn't jump but helps a Hero raise money. Sponsors and day-of-event volunteers are also needed. Funds raised help the Alzheimer's Association offer programs and services to families living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia as well as research seeking a cure.
