About Us

Dutchess Provisions is a family-owned wholesale food distributor and authorized Boar's Head purveyor based in Highland, NY. Since 1984, we have been the trusted source for premium deli meats, artisan cheeses, specialty condiments, and food service provisions for businesses across the Hudson Valley.

We supply delis, restaurants, supermarkets, caterers, cafes, hotels, and specialty markets across Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, Putnam, and Westchester counties. Our accounts range from independent corner delis to multi-location supermarket chains, including seven Stop & Shop locations. Every customer receives the best products, reliable delivery, and personal service from a team that lives and works in the communities we serve.

We carry the complete Boar's Head portfolio and work directly with customers to build tailored order guides, support deli program launches, and help food service operators grow. Our team delivers Monday through Friday across the mid-Hudson Valley, from Poughkeepsie to Kingston, Newburgh to Brewster.
