About Us
Linemen Institute of the North East (L.I.N.E.) is a 15-week training program in Kingston founded by Donald Leiching, a 35-year veteran of the electric utility industry. We are a pre-apprentice training program for people looking to gain the essential skills needed to start a career as an apprentice lineman.
