Palizzata is a family-run Italian restaurant in the heart of the historic Stockade District of Kingston. Our goal is to bring the regional culinary traditions from Northern Italy to the Hudson Valley via locally sourced food and drink, whilst forging rewarding relationships with our guests, local purveyors and communities.
