DESCRIPTION:Come out and howl at the moon with the Ulster County SPCA\; It's our annual BARK-tober-FEST!\n\n\n\nJoin us in celebrating halloween\, beer and dogs at Keegan Ales on Saturday October 23\, from 2pm-5pm. Tickets are $35 and include food and 1 drink (beer/wine/soda) and loads of fun! There will be a bone bar for the dogs\, live music\, a special BARK-tober-FEST beer\, a raffle\, games\, and a celebration of Keegan Ales' dog Bear - It's his birthday!
