Recognized experts and leaders in the community provide insights and facilitate dialogue on key topics within the arts\, business\, communication\, economic development\, education\, government\, health care\, law enforcement\, nonprofit\, and planning sectors. The program runs from September through June.\n\n\n\nThe Leadership Ulster Class Program starts with an overnight retreat in September. Click here for a Leadership Ulster Brochure. Download the application. \n\n\n\nThere are also a limited number of scholarships are available through the Len Cane Memorial Scholarship Fund\, based on financial need. You may apply for the scholarship to cover all or part of the program cost.
