Decker\, and recognizing Greg & Thomasine Helsmoortel with the Community Service Award.\n\n\n\nCocktail hour begins at 6:00 pm\, with our program starting at 7:15pm. The Tulip Ball will feature a silent auction\, dancing to the music of Rendition\, and fireworks.
