DESCRIPTION:In light of the ongoing COVID-19 social distancing guidelines\, Catholic Charities of Orange\, Sullivan\, and Ulster has made the difficult decision to transition its 14th annual Celebration of Charity and Caritas Awards Dinner to a virtual event to launch on Tuesday\, June 9 at 7 pm.\n\n\n\nThe 2020 Caritas honorees who will be celebrated on June 9 are:\n\n	The Bruderhof\n	Ellenville Regional Hospital\n	Drake Loeb PLLC\, Attorneys at Law\n	Mr. Thomas Kelly\n\nDetails to join the Virtual Celebration of Charity and Caritas Awards Event through a variety of online platforms will be announced closer to June 9.\n\n\n\nThe Celebration of Charity is Catholic Charities' largest event of the year and raises much-needed funds to support the non-profit agency's programs in the community\, including emergency food and shelter assistance and substance use treatment and prevention.\n\n\n\nCatholic Charities of Orange\, Sullivan\, and Ulster\, as one of the human service agencies of Catholic Charities of The Archdiocese of New York\, is committed to building a compassionate and just society. Catholic Charities serves the homeless\, the hungry\, the emotionally and physically handicapped\, as well as immigrants\, and the marginalized and vulnerable of Orange\, Sullivan\, and Ulster Counties.
