PhotoTalks are engaging multimedia presentations on a variety of topics related to Kingston\, Woodstock\, Hudson Valley\, Ulster County\, and Black cultural history. \n\n\n\nBased on their upcoming book The Story of Historic Kingston: A Journey Through the Hudson Valley and its Connections with New York City\, featuring over 800 photographs\, this PhotoTalk covers a thriving era in Kingston and Hudson Valley history and their intricate relationship with New York City's development.\nTopics include:\n\n\n	Glass\, Tanning & Barrels\n	Mountain Houses & Tourism\n	Hudson River School Painters\n	Delaware & Hudson Canal\n	Bluestone\, Brick\, Cement\n	Ice Harvesting\n\n\n There will also be time for discussion and Q&A. Whether you're a novice or an expert you'll be surprised how much there is to discover this is not your 8th grade history class!
