DESCRIPTION:Please join us! Our "Build a Home\, Frame a Future" event will help us get even closer to completing our Glasco homes\, and strengthen our community through home ownership. Be a part of this fun night\, and the future of housing right here at home!\n\n\n\nOn September 9\, stop by our Open House at 268 Glasco Turnpike from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm. Then attend the auction at Diamond Mills\, 25 S. Partition St. Doors open at 6:30pm. Light fare and one glass of wine or beer is included in your $50 ticket price. $25 of each ticket may be tax deductible.\n\n\n\nYou'll have the opportunity to meet our Habitat Partner Families\, and learn more about Ulster Habitat's commitment to local affordable housing.\n\n\n\nAuction Highlights include:\n\n	3 hour Sailboat Cruise on the Hudson for 6\n	1 week stay in an authentic Adirondack cabin\n	Private vineyard\, distillery and brewery tour for 6\n\n\n\nIt's going to be a wonderful event.
