DESCRIPTION:The Ulster County SPCA and Kingston Library are hosting a FREE\, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC bilingual English & Spanish virtual read-along Zoom event on June 19th\, 2021\, from 2-3pm.\n\n \n\nJoin the UCSPCA and one of our adoptable shelter dogs as we read children's author Allison Gutknecht's book\, "Mitzy's Homecoming." This book is the first in her Pet Pals series\, and is intended for readers aged 5-8.\n\n\n\nA UCPSCA volunteer and shelter dog will read the book aloud\, and share pages of the book on screen. Author Allison Gutknecht will also join us\, and read parts of the book with her adopted cat\, Folly. A simultaneous translation in Spanish will be available. Children are encouraged to share their own pets after the reading.\n\n\n\nOne signed copy of the book will be given away during the event.
