You can run\, walk\, bike or hike for fun and exercise while helping the great programs offered by People's Place in Kingston. This virtual 5K event will take place May 8 through May 16 either outdoors or on your home treadmill or exercise bike. Register online at www.UlsterChamber.org and pay just $15 per person to participate or $30 for a family of 4.\n\n \n\nEveryone who takes part will be entered into a random drawing to win one of several gift cards being donated by the Emerson Resort & Spa\, Turn Up the Beet\, and New York Strong T-shirts from Hamilton & Adams.
