DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, May 26 at 2 p.m. for this special lecture with Paul Fontenoy\, author of Sloops of the Hudson River: A Historical and Design Survey. Paul will discuss how the Hudson River sloop evolved from the earliest Dutch sloeps and how the sloop changed lives in the Hudson River Valley. Lecture will conclude with discussion of the replica Dutch yacht Onrust and deck tours of the ship.\n\n\n\nTickets are $10 for HRMM members and $15 for non-members. Fontenoy will also be doing a book signing. \n\n\n\nThis program is part of Dutch Heritage Weekends.
