Join us for an early summer's eve at The Chateau\, in Kingston. We'll start with a Meet and Greet hour with fine hors d'oeuvres and open bar of select wines and select beers\, with a cash bar for cocktails. Then\, superb dining with a delightful dinner\, a celebration of Spectrum Service's 45th Anniversary\, our silent and live auctions\, and a great time with Spectrum Services friends\, all while supporting local children with autism.\n\nThe Menu\n\nThe evening's menu has been carefully crafted for the occasion by The Chateau's master chef\, and includes grilled NY strip steak with sherry peppercorn sauce\, a wonderful chicken francoise lightly battered and saut ed with chardonnay & lemon\, a pan seared Atlantic salmon with a champagne citrus beurre blanc\, and a char-grilled vegetable Napoleon stack over quinoa.\n\nThe Auction\n\nOur Online Auction will be open for previews on Friday\, May 20th\, and open for live bidding on May 27th\, giving you a week's opportunity to bid on the amazing items right up to the main event on June 4th. The auction will culminate on the night of our Sapphire Celebration\, where guests\, both present and virtual\, will know what they've won. Our Auction Chair for the Sapphire Celebration is Michael Campbell\, Spectrum Services Board Member and Business Development Officer at Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union.
